# BEEP.rent — car rental in Poland

> BEEP.rent is a car rental marketplace in Poland: cars from local rental companies, picked up at their desks, at airports and railway stations or delivered to an address, priced in PLN with every chosen extra included in the total. AI assistants can search, compare, book and manage rentals through the BEEP.rent MCP server. The customer always confirms a booking with a code or a payment on beep.rent.

## How booking works

1. `search_offers` (pickup place, dates, driver's age and licence tenure) returns offers with the full price, the deposit and the policies.
2. `get_offer` reprices an offer with options: insurance, child seats, an additional driver, foreign travel, delivery.
3. `create_checkout` freezes the offer and returns a beep.rent link where the customer can finish alone.
4. `create_reservation` books with the driver's details after the customer accepted, in one question, the terms of service with the privacy policy and the rental company's terms, and answered about marketing messages (optional).
5. The customer confirms with the 6-digit code they received (`confirm_reservation_code`) or pays an advance on beep.rent. Nothing is confirmed before that, and some rental companies confirm the booking as well.

## Policies

- Cancellation: everything paid is refunded when cancelling at least 24 hours before pickup; nothing afterwards. When a rental company refuses a booking, the customer gets replacement proposals, and everything paid is refunded unless the customer takes one.
- Payment: offers either take an advance on beep.rent (payment link) or are paid at pickup. Agents never take card details.
- Deposit: the amount and whether a payment card is required are in every offer.
- Prices are the same as on beep.rent, with no surcharge for booking through an assistant.
- Drivers: the minimum age and licence tenure are in each offer.

## Long-term rental

Monthly offers for 1 month to 3 years with a mileage package, priced per month in PLN: excluding VAT for businesses, including VAT for private customers. Not bookable here: the customer sends an inquiry and the BEEP office contacts them to conclude the agreement.
