Submitting the form means that BEEP has received your booking. Final confirmation depends on completing the steps in your summary and, where the offer requires it, the supplier's decision. A booking-received message does not by itself confirm that the car is available.
What the stages mean
After submitting a booking, complete the action shown on the page. This may be confirmation with a code or an online payment. The payment method and amount depend on the offer. Opening a payment link does not establish that a payment has succeeded.
Customer confirmation does not always complete the process. If supplier acceptance is required, wait for its decision. The supplier may reply through its own system or respond to a request from BEEP. Check the response window for the specific offer; some bookings do not require manual acceptance. A supplier can decline a booking.
Final confirmation contains your rental details. The booking concerns the car or class described in the offer. “Or similar” means that the illustrated model is an example, rather than a guarantee of a particular vehicle.
Check the current status
Open Manage your reservation. Enter your booking number and the email address used when booking, then verify access with the code sent to you. Do not share this code with anyone else.
An email describes the state at the time it was sent. A later cancellation or status change does not update an old message. If you are unsure, check the current record in reservation management. If you cannot access it, contact BEEP with your booking number. Do not send access codes or payment-card details.
Before collecting the car
Check the planned dates and times, pickup and return addresses, driver documents, card and security-deposit requirements, and the balance due. A security deposit secures the rental; it is different from an advance payment and from your excess in the event of damage. The requirements are set out in your offer and confirmation.
Your rental agreement is with the supplier named in the documents. BEEP helps with the booking. Use the supplier contact in your confirmation for vehicle handover arrangements.
